Google Ads · Meta Ads · GA4 · GTM · Merchant Center

Your clients' campaigns in one hour a day, not eight.

AdSparky is an AI assistant and dashboard for agencies that takes over the routine of running Google Ads and Meta Ads: morning checks, account audits, keywords, ad copy, client reports. You keep the decisions.Every change to an account is approved by you - with a preview, confirmation and undo.

Over 200 operations across 5 platforms. Beta - access for the first agencies, you pay nothing during the test period.

Problem

Auditing one account takes an hour. You have 15.

Every account is the same checklist across five dashboards at once. By the end of the day there is no time left for strategy.

What it looks like

Say what you want. Get the result.

Real examples from test accounts. You write in plain language, AdSparky picks the right operations.

Where the numbers come from

The engine calculates. AI only describes.

Spend, conversions and cost per conversion come from the Google Ads and Meta Ads APIs. The engine computes the verdict with fixed rules. The language model estimates nothing - it puts a finished result into words.

Numbers from the API, not the model

Every number in an answer comes from Google Ads or Meta Ads. If data is missing, you are told so instead of getting a made-up value.

Three windows: 7, 14 and 28 days

A fresh drop shows up in the last week before it gets averaged away over the month. Advice compares windows instead of relying on one number.

Not enough data = no advice

Below the conversion threshold (5 by default) the verdict is “hold the decision”. With many campaigns at once the significance test is corrected, so random swings don't pass for a trend.

Same data, same verdict

The rules are fixed, so the same question on the same data gives the same result. Thresholds agreed with the client (e.g. target CPA) take precedence over the defaults.

A question, then a diagnosis with numbers

Illustrative examples, clients anonymised.

Client A · online store · Google Ads + Meta Ads

Question

“Why did the cost per order go up this week?”

Diagnosis

  • Cost per conversion: 42.10 PLN → 56.80 PLN (+35%), last 7 days vs the earlier days of the month.
  • Main cause: click-to-conversion rate (CVR) 3.1% → 2.3% - about 70% of the change.
  • Cost per impression and click-through rate - within normal variation.
  • Next: the problem is after the click - check the landing page and conversion tracking.

adsparky_dlaczego

Client B · local services · contact forms

Question

“Which campaign should get more budget?”

Diagnosis

  • Increase: “Services - search” - 41 leads in 28 days, CPA 38 PLN vs a 60 PLN target, significant difference.
  • No change: Performance Max - CPA on target, no clear trend over 7 and 14 days.
  • Holding the decision: “Remarketing” - 3 leads in 28 days, not enough for advice.

adsparky_bramki_decyzji

Client A · online store · Google Ads + Meta Ads

Question

“The client cuts the budget from 10,000 to 8,000 PLN. Where to cut?”

Diagnosis

  • Performance Max first: the last conversion costs about 3x the average - the campaign is saturated. Proposal: -1,400 PLN.
  • Meta, prospecting ad set: -600 PLN. Remarketing unchanged - not enough data.
  • Estimate: about -6% conversions for -20% budget. You apply each change separately, with a preview before approval.

adsparky_plan_budzetu

AdSparky is for people who run ad campaigns professionally. It doesn't replace advertising know-how - it cuts the routine and makes sure decisions rest on numbers.

Dashboard

From alert to undo. One day in the dashboard.

This is the path of every change: a morning check, then a proposal, your “yes”, and an entry in the history with its author. Hover or tap to rotate.

Features

Over 200 operations on live API data.

The assistant doesn't guess - every number comes from Google, Meta or GA4. And it doesn't stop at analysis: keywords, negatives, budgets, ads, conversion tags - it executes them with you, after your confirmation.

Account audit in 30 seconds

Structure, conversion tracking, keyword quality, search terms, ads, landing pages - the full picture at once.

Google and Meta in one picture

Blended cost per conversion, double-counted conversions, clicks that never reached the site. The truth instead of one dashboard's data.

Daily check

Every morning it reviews all accounts and alerts when something deviates from the norm. Ready rule sets for shops, lead gen and accounts with long history.

Changes with the specialist, not instead of them

It proposes negatives, budgets, bids, ads - you see a before/after preview, you confirm, and the “who and why” record plus undo are always there. It never deletes a campaign - at most it pauses one.

Client website

Ads are half the story. The other half happens on the website.

Ad tools only see what the Google and Meta APIs return. AdSparky also connects to the client's website - and sees whether conversions are counted, whether leads are real and whether the page delivers what the ad promises. Agreed fixes are uploaded after your confirmation.

Product APriceUSP

Context from the offer, not the campaign name

AdSparky reads the client's site: products, prices, arguments, what customers ask about. Keyword, negative and ad copy proposals then match what the business actually sells.

<script src="gtag/js?id=AW-…">
fbq('init', '…'); fbq('track', 'PageView')
<!-- GTM-XXXX -->
thank-you.php: no conversion event

Tracking verified on the site, not in a dashboard

Through the WordPress plugin (or FTP) it looks into the site code and the rendered HTML: whether the Google Ads tag, Meta pixel and GTM are where they should be, including the page after a form submission. “Zero conversions” is often a broken tag, not a weak ad.

Anna K.Campaign: Leads PLgood
Mark Z.Ad: Video 15sspam

→ quality sent back to Meta as a signal

Leads and orders next to spend

Form submissions and WooCommerce orders straight from the site (plugin), Meta lead form leads with campaign and ad names. When the site has 40 orders and Google Ads sees 9 conversions, the problem is tracking, not the ads.

PAGE

Landing page vs ad

Is the ad's promise on the page it leads to? Landing page audit, CRO check and ready fixes - headlines, CTA, arguments - which AdSparky uploads to the site after your confirmation, with a backup and undo.

Website access is optional: a WordPress plugin (a token instead of a password, zero code for visitors, writing enabled on the client's side) or FTP for sites outside WordPress. Writing to the site requires your confirmation, and a backup is made before the change, so it can be undone.

Before it starts

Every task starts with a brief

Before the assistant checks or changes anything, it agrees four things with you - one sentence each. The brief is saved and stays visible throughout the work.

  1. 1

    Goal

What should come out of it, e.g. a list of issues with a recommendation for each.

  2. 2

    Scope

Which campaigns and what period, e.g. all with spend, last 30 days.

  3. 3

    Boundaries

What not to touch, e.g. no changes on the account, skip brand campaigns.

  4. 4

    Outcome

What is left at the end, e.g. a table to paste or a client report.

Tools that change an account refuse to run until the boundaries are agreed. This is not a setting you can switch off.

Safety

What happens before anything changes on the account

AdSparky doesn't just advise - it executes changes on accounts together with the specialist. The biggest fear with such tools: “what if it breaks something?”. That's why every change goes through the same four steps - always, no exceptions. Hover over or tap a step to see it.

AdSparky never deletes a campaign - at most it pauses one. A budget increase is capped at +30% per operation.

Who it's for

Whatever the scale - the same engine.

Ad agencies

You run 10-50 client accounts. You need fast audits and reports without checking each account by hand.

Key: All accounts on one screen, daily check, monthly reports, team roles

PPC freelancers

You work alone on a handful of accounts. You want to handle more without hiring - the assistant takes the routine.

Key: Audit in one command, search terms, Google and Meta together, hand-holding on a new client

In-house marketers

You run your own company's ads. You need alerts and simple reports for the boss.

Key: Alerts when something breaks, a report ready to show the boss, no jargon

Two ways to work

A dashboard in the browser and an assistant in Claude Code or Codex. The same engine.

In the dashboard you review clients, alerts and history and approve proposed changes. Analyses, audits and reports you ask of the AI assistant in Claude Code or Codex - you connect it with one command and a key from Settings, on your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription. Both see the same accounts, the same alerts and the same change history.

Dashboard (web)

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads for all clients on one screen
  • Alerts from the daily check, approving proposals, change history with undo
  • PDF reports with your logo
  • GA4, Tag Manager and Merchant Center attached to the client, not the platform
  • Team management (roles)
  • Client context pulled from their website

Assistant in Claude Code or Codex

  • Over 200 operations on Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM and Merchant Center - you type what you want in plain language
  • Over 20 ready scenarios: “no conversions”, “budget burning”, “new client”
  • Audits and a monthly client report on demand
  • Many accounts in one command
  • Taking over a new client step by step

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about AdSparky

What is AdSparky?+

AdSparky is a tool for agencies and freelancers who run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for clients. It consists of a browser dashboard (clients, alerts, change history, approvals) and an AI assistant in Claude Code or Codex that runs audits, checks and reports on live API data. It covers Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Merchant Center. Changes to accounts are applied only after your confirmation.

How does AdSparky work with Claude Code and Codex (MCP)?+

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use external tools. AdSparky is an MCP server: in the dashboard Settings you copy one command with a key, paste it into Claude Code or Codex, and from then on the assistant can run AdSparky operations on your clients' accounts. You write in plain language, e.g. “audit client B's account”, and the assistant picks the operations. You use your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription.

What does the Google Ads account audit check?+

Account structure, conversion tracking, keyword quality, search terms (including those that spend budget without conversions), ads and assets, and landing pages. Each finding can go to the queue of proposed changes - with a reason, a preview and the option to reject it. On the Meta Ads side the audit covers creatives and their fatigue, audiences, the pixel and lead forms, among others.

Can AdSparky prepare a Google Ads and Meta Ads report for a client?+

Yes. The assistant creates a monthly report ready to send to the client, and in the dashboard the report can be downloaded as a PDF with the agency's logo. Google Ads and Meta Ads are in it together: blended spend, conversions and cost per conversion, plus the conversions both platforms count twice.

Does AdSparky work for online stores?+

Yes. Beyond search campaigns it handles Performance Max and Shopping: it checks the Merchant Center feed, disapproved products, weak titles and prices against competitors. There is a ready daily-check rule set for stores, and through the WordPress plugin it also sees WooCommerce orders next to ad spend.

Is AdSparky an alternative to Optmyzr, Opteo or Adalysis?+

It covers some of the same jobs - audits, search terms, monitoring rules, reports - but differently. Instead of a set of ready-made buttons you work in a conversation with an AI assistant, and Google Ads and Meta Ads sit in one place together with GA4, Tag Manager, Merchant Center and the client's website. Every change has a preview, confirmation and undo.

How is AdSparky different from other Google Ads tools?+

Three things. Google Ads and Meta Ads in one picture - blended cost per conversion and the conversions both platforms count twice. Access to the client's website - offer context, on-site tracking checks and leads in the dashboard, not just ad API numbers. And safe changes: preview, confirmation, a who-and-why record, undo.

Can the AI break an account?+

Every change goes through a dry run, a before/after preview, and waits for your confirmation. Without it nothing changes on the account. Every change has a recorded author, reason and undo. AdSparky never deletes a campaign - at most it pauses one.

Do I need to code?+

No. The dashboard works in the browser like any web app. The assistant works in Claude Code or Codex: you paste one command with a key from Settings once, then write in plain language: “check search terms”, “audit the account”. The assistant picks the right operations.

How much does it cost?+

We are in a test period (beta) and you pay nothing. We will announce pricing before any charge - nothing is charged without your consent. For the AI assistant you need your own Claude or ChatGPT (Codex) subscription.

What data do you see?+

Only what you grant by signing in with your Google or Meta account. Access keys are encrypted and each agency's data is kept separate. We don't use your data to train AI. Results of operations you run go to your AI assistant - its provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) processes them under your own agreement with that provider. Details in the “What access we ask for” section below.

What access we ask for and why

AdSparky connects to your accounts through the official Google and Meta sign-in. We never ask for passwords. You can revoke access at any time in your Google or Meta account settings.

Google AdsRead and manage campaigns

To audit the account, show spend and conversions and - after your approval - apply the changes you ask for (pausing a campaign, adding negative keywords, adjusting a budget).

Google Analytics 4Read only

To compare what Google Ads reports as conversions with what analytics shows - and point out where tracking diverges.

Google Tag ManagerRead, edit and publish the container

To check whether conversion tracking works at all, add missing tags and publish them to the site - always after showing you exactly what will change.

Merchant CenterRead and edit product titles (after your confirmation)

To point out disapproved products and feed errors that block Shopping ads, and to fix weak product titles.

Meta AdsRead and manage campaigns

The same as for Google Ads, on the Facebook and Instagram side - audit, creatives, leads and the changes you approve.

What we don't do with your data

  • We don't sell it or pass it to anyone except the providers needed to run the service.
  • We don't use it to train AI models.
  • We don't share your agency's data with other agencies using AdSparky.
  • We don't change anything on your accounts without your explicit approval.

Full terms: privacy policy and terms of service. AdSparky's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
