Short answer: Optmyzr is one of the most mature PPC tools out there, and plenty of agencies have no reason to leave. The alternatives make sense in three cases: you want to run Google Ads and Meta Ads from a conversation with Claude or ChatGPT instead of a dashboard (my pick: AdSparky), you only run Google Ads and want flat, public pricing (Opteo), or you have a big team that lives in ad testing (Adalysis). AdSparky is in free beta, no card: try it on your accounts.

Disclosure: I'm the founder of AdSparky, and it's my #1 pick here. That's why every other tool gets a source link, and AdSparky gets its downsides spelled out too. Prices were checked on vendor sites October 30-31, 2026.

What you get with Optmyzr, and what it costs#

Before you switch, know what you're leaving.

Optmyzr supports six ad platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Yahoo! Japan Ads. It has the Rule Engine (custom automation rules, including CRM data), no-code scripts, report templates, dashboards, white-label reports, budget pacing across accounts and an AI assistant called Sidekick. It claims 461,000+ connected accounts and $5.37B in managed ad spend.

Optmyzr also has an MCP server. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard that lets an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT plug into an outside tool. It's included on all paid plans and listed in Claude's connector directory. Through MCP, the assistant reads Optmyzr data and can add keywords and negatives, always via a mandatory preview. Optmyzr says broader campaign changes through MCP aren't supported yet.

Pricing depends on monthly ad spend. The pricing page headline says "starting at $209 a month"; the configurator shows your exact number. Essentials covers up to $150K/mo in spend and 25 accounts ($5/mo per extra account), Premium up to $500K with unlimited accounts (fair use), Enterprise is custom with Okta SSO. Annual billing is 30% cheaper. There's a 14-day free trial, no card, and overage charges can apply above plan limits.

1. AdSparky (our pick)#

AdSparky is an engine and web panel that connects Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus GA4, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center and the client's WordPress site, to Claude (claude.ai and Desktop), ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex. It runs in the browser, no terminal needed.

Where Optmyzr's MCP stops at keywords, AdSparky's 300+ tools handle full day-to-day changes on both platforms: budgets, pauses and enables, keywords and negatives, ads, new campaigns. And every change is wrapped in a proper safety flow: dry run (prepared, not sent), before/after preview with the reason, human approval in the chat or the panel queue, and a history with author and reason you can usually roll back in one step. It never deletes, only pauses. New campaigns start paused. Budget moves are capped at +30% / -50% per operation.

For agencies it's a seriously comfortable way to work: a morning review of all clients with urgent items on top, client memory (agreed rules, banned terms, what counts as a lead), goals like max CPA, per-client limits the AI can only tighten, automations that prepare changes by default, team roles, alerts and PDF client reports. Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland, Frankfurt), which helps with GDPR.

Price: free beta, no card. Pricing announced before the beta ends. You need your own Claude or ChatGPT plan.

What Optmyzr covers that AdSparky doesn't: Microsoft, LinkedIn, Amazon and Yahoo! Japan, white-label reports, a long track record and support SLAs. Honestly, AdSparky is a beta from a small team, with no public pricing yet.

2. Opteo#

The closest swap for Google-only agencies. Opteo keeps scanning accounts and surfaces "Improvements" you push live in one click. It has performance monitoring, budget pacing, branded Google Ads reports and Slack alerts. It also has a remote MCP server for Claude, Claude Code and ChatGPT; per its docs, the assistant asks for confirmation before changing an account.

Price: Basic $129/mo (10 accounts, up to $25K spend), Professional $249/mo (25 accounts, up to $100K), Agency $499/mo (75 accounts, up to $250K). Two months off annually, 14-day trial.

Choose it if you're Google-only and want flat pricing. It doesn't list Meta Ads.

3. Adalysis#

Strong on ad testing and audits for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Every plan includes all features plus unlimited accounts and users; plans differ by support and training. Its MCP server for ChatGPT and Claude is read-only, per the vendor.

Price: spend-based; the amounts weren't in the pricing page text. Capterra lists a start at $126/mo for up to $50K spend (third-party, confirm with the vendor). 10% off for 6 months, 15% for a year, 30-day free trial.

Choose it for heavy ad testing with a large team.

4. Markifact#

A hosted MCP server plus AI agents and workflows for marketing. It claims 50+ integrated platforms and 1,000+ operations, and says nothing goes live without your approval. The Team plan adds a shared workspace, API access and white-label connections.

Price: Pro $79/mo (1 seat, unlimited ad accounts), Team $249/mo (from 10 seats), Managed on quote. Credits apply. Two months free annually.

Choose it if you need many platforms and Zapier-style workflows. Full comparison: Markifact alternative.

5. Ryze AI#

An AI app for Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok and LinkedIn ads. Recommendations come with Approve and Deny buttons, and there's an autopilot mode that adjusts campaigns automatically. The Agency plan has unlimited client workspaces and white-label. Ryze claims 2,000+ customers. Data is hosted in the US.

Price: Paid Ads $89/mo, Agency $279/mo, 7-day trial, price independent of spend. 30% off the first year on annual billing.

Choose it if you want TikTok or an autopilot. Full comparison: Ryze AI alternative.

6. Pipeboard#

Hosted MCP servers for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snap and Reddit with one login, plus a CLI and n8n support. Its README promises explicit confirmation on every write, and new campaigns start paused where possible. The Meta server code is public under the Business Source License.

Price: free plan (2 accounts, 30 AI executions a week), then paid tiers by account slots (3 / 10 / 25), shown in local currency.

Choose it for cheap multi-platform MCP access. Full comparison: Pipeboard alternative.

7. Google Ads scripts#

If you mostly use Optmyzr for scripts and rules, Google Ads scripts can cover some of it for free. They're JavaScript running in Google's cloud, can change bids, budgets and statuses, and one script on a manager account can run across 50 accounts in parallel. There's a preview mode before you run.

Choose it if you can code (or have an AI write the script) and someone reviews it before it runs.

How to pick#

  • Microsoft, LinkedIn or Amazon clients: stay with Optmyzr, or look at Adalysis (Microsoft) and Ryze (Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Google-only with flat pricing: Opteo.
  • Heavy ad testing, big team: Adalysis.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads from a conversation with AI, with real changes and approvals: AdSparky. Compare more MCP options in best MCP servers for Google Ads and best MCP servers for Meta Ads.
  • Cost-cutting only: Google Ads scripts plus an AI assistant for analysis.

One thing to check before migrating: the monthly reports your clients expect. That's usually the hardest part to move. The two can also coexist: Optmyzr for reporting and Microsoft Ads, AdSparky for daily Google and Meta work.
